On the 5th of December 2025, the Conservative Friends of Pakistan (CfoP) hosted Christmas Reception at Conservative Party Headquarters in Westminster, bringing together members, supporters, community leaders, and friends to celebrate the festive season.
Hosted by the Chairman of the CfoP the Lord Choudrey CBE SI Pk, the evening was marked by a spirit of friendship, reflection, and unity.
The Lord Choudrey CBE SI Pk welcomed the Pakistani High Commissioner Dr Muhammed Faisal, current & former members of Parliament, councillors and party activists.
Their presence added great significance to the occasion, and their remarks highlighted the importance of strong community ties, interfaith harmony, and the enduring relationship between the United Kingdom and Pakistan.
One of the most uplifting moments of the evening was the beautiful performance of Christmas carols and festive songs by members of the Pakistani Christian community. Their heartfelt contribution was a powerful reminder of the values of faith, peace, and togetherness that unite us, and it was warmly received by all in attendance.
The reception provided a wonderful opportunity for guests to connect, share ideas, and celebrate the diversity that strengthens both our communities and our country. We are grateful to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success.
